Insurance Company Job - ASSISTANT MANAGER FINANCIAL REPORTING



- The position reports to Manager (Financial Reporting) and will be responsible to assist in preparation and distribution of internal management of periodical financial statements and reports,as per the accounting and disclosure requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). 
- Assist, prepare and coordinate in development of annual/periodic projected financial & budget/reports and capital expenditure budget and closing process, including reconciliations and analysis of related accounts. 
- Assist and coordinate with various departments, zones for routine accounting matters and resolution of problems, Follow and perform accounting controls by executing policies Coordinate with internal & external auditors, tax consultant, and Actuary.
- Ensure Filing of returns and attending tax authorities for assessments and appeals.
- Compliance with all statutory matters which will include provide all statistical information required to be submitted to Government agencies, Ministry of Commerce, Parliamentary affairs Dept., etc.
- The ideal candidate should be CA (Intermediate) or ACCA or ACMA with 4 years Article ship completed (preferably with big four audit firms).
