Job Description:
- Collect date on the need of the Federal Government Employees and their dependents.
- Identify the existing facilities and priority of the needs.
- Meet the opinion leaders, influential people and other stake holders to discuss matters of mutual interest. Draw a list of such persons.
- Record proposal of residents to resolve their problems and the extent of their participation and that of NGO etc.
- Inspect the general environmental condition of the area/ colony and report to the Welfare Officer.
- Attend the complaints and grievances of the employees and their dependents in respect of the living conditions.
- Help the drop outs and engage in useful skill in minimum time and cost.
- Helping the Federal Government Employees and their dependents in getting their problems solved.
- Maintaining liaison between various Government Subordinate offices and volunteer organization and more particularly head of local authority.
- Keep relevant information available pertaining to his area and maintain proper statistics etc.

Min. Experience Required:
- Experience in welfare desirable.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work/ Sociology/Home Economics.
